It took me a while to come up with just the right paper, but I think it came out alright. the Quote in the middle came from a small onion scratch pad I had a while back thats made for scrapbook sentiments and quotes. Hello everyone, I hope you had a good weekend, I sure did. I made this card for a friend, whose mother is retiring after 50 years with her company. It's funny how trees always come to mind when it comes to retirement... I guess it would be considered kind of majestic, maybe regal. what do you think? Well I hope you like, tooddles.

Friendship Blooms

Hi again! So I want to mix it up with this site I ran into from a member of the splitcoast site. Its called Our Creative Corner, it give you color challenges. I think it helps alot when I'm stump for what colors to use next. So this is the card I came up with, I hope you like.

I used the Friendship Blooms and regal rose, chocolate chip, and pretty in pink paper. I found the beads buried in my accessorie drawer and I thought it would pop more.

So here's another Christmas creation. I used the new Mojo Monday sketch #105 thats on for this week. I had fun with this one, especially with the big scallops. I used the 1-1/4 circle punch for those and I still have SU! Dashing dsp from 2007, I love this paper... I wished I'd bought more. I hope you like it. Tooddles

Christmas night

Hi everyone, I hope you're stay cool. It's unbelievable that the holidays just around the corner, and we're still into the 80's and brush fires are still burning. That's Southern California for you. with the light comes the dark. Anyhoo, this card was a no brainer. I used the Wandering words for the Mini catalog and the Lovely as a tree from the main catalog. Hello everyone, I hope you're staying cool... it's currently 91 degrees in L.A. with a 40% humidity and boy is it unbearable. My heart goes out to the families and the men and women of the Fire dept. who are out there battling the worst fire, they say, in the history of Southern Cali.
